Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your ACT LABS product, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. NOTE: This return policy is only in effect for merchandise purchased from www.act-labs.com. Products purchased from our retail partners shall abide by the return policies of the retailer. As well, product returned within 30 days must be in "As-New" condition and in its original packaging. If the product is worn or not returned in it's original packaging you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot refund or exchange software titles unless the package is unopened. Car accessories must not have been installed and be unopened in the original (undamaged) packing. There are no exceptions to this policy.

In the event that you are unhappy with your ACT LABS product, please read our step-by-step Returns and Replacement guide. If your purchase does not fall within the 30-day period for returns, please refer to the Warranty in your product User Guide.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

 >Categorize your return

When you contact ACT LABS for your RMA number, you will be asked to classify your return. Please read the following to determine which category your return falls under.

Return Category 1: Defective-on-Arrival
This return category includes merchandise which appears to be malfunctioning (due to defects in the product), damaged during shipping, missing parts, or is the result of a shipping error on our part. Essentially for products that are damaged or non-functional out-of-the-box.

Return Category 1 does NOT include returns resulting from the customer's inability to install or use any ACT LABS product, drivers, or bundled software owing to computer or game-console hardware or software misconfiguration, defect, or other incompatibility with the ACT LABS product, drivers, or bundled software.

Merchandise falling into Return Category 1 will be replaced if it's defective-on-arrival, or qualify for a refund if you were shipped an incorrect item. Products must be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of the delivery date. After 30 days, please refer to the Warranty policy in the User Guide or Manual of the product.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All other returns belong in Return Category 2: Non-defective Merchandise

Return Category 2: Non-Defective Merchandise
This return category includes fully functioning, mint-condition merchandise that you are not 100% satisfied with. The merchandise being returned for a refund must be returned to ACT LABS WITHIN 30 DAYS of the delivery date. The refund will be for the amount paid for the merchandise ONLY. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. As mentioned earlier Non-Defective Merchandise that is being returned for a refund must be in "As-New" condition and in its original packaging. If the returned product appears worn and/or not in its original packaging you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 > Obtain a RMA number

All returns, for any reason, must be pre-authorized by ACT LABS and be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, contact our Technical Support staff. If any product is returned to ACT LABS without an RMA number, then ACT LABS has the right to refuse acceptance of the items and send the product back to the customer freight collect. ACT LABS is not responsible for any damages that happen to occur during shipping or as a result of improper packaging. ACT LABS reserves the right to deduct 20% from any applicable refund if goods are received damaged.

IMPORTANT: Please pack all returns in their original packaging. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any damages that happen to occur during shipping. Please remember to include ALL accessories and software that was in the original package. If any of the original packaging is missing or damaged, your refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Write your pre-authorized RMA number on a sheet of white, letter-sized paper. Then attach the paper securely to the outside of the returned merchandise package.

Ship the returned merchandise via UPS Ground to the applicable addresses. You must pay for shipping the returned merchandise. CODs will NOT be accepted.

Very important : All RMA must be declared as "defective parts, no commercial value" otherwise, delay or extra charges might be incurred and be responsible by the customer.

All returned merchandise will be inspected to ensure that it meets original quality standards; and that all hardware, manuals, accessories, and software are present. ACT LABS reserves the right to deny a refund for any returned merchandise that appears to be used excessively, abused, modified or otherwise tampered with.

Refunds are issued by check or credit card (based on the payment method used for the original purchase) within 2 weeks of when we receive the RMA. All refunds and replacements are processed only upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise by ACT LABS.
