Hi, In the control panel I selected that the pedals should work independently of each other and that was surprisingly the problem. Incidently, there were no calibration or dead zone options in the control panel "properties". Sucks when I think of all the time I put into this game to get to run correctly. Thanks for your time and help. What a relief.

Good you found it quickly and painlessly.

With EA soemtimes it can be a bit tedious digging such things out.
